Expectations towards our Co-hosts

• Help us in making contacts and reaching out to all parts of the World
• Support the summit by putting your image and organizational power behind it
• Promote the meeting as your own or as a twin-conference to your own regular conferences, meetings and/or assemblies in and/or around 2010


• Be part of and facilitate the building of a global community across organizations
• Bring members on board already in the preparatory phase and later on during and after the summit too and furthermore be present all along the way, cooperate in an open, empathic and assertive atmosphere with everybody else involved
• Be represented in the different Task Forces/Think Tanks


• Take an active role in shaping this effort directly or indirectly, physically or virtually
• Harmonize the content, the messages and the overall direction of your meetings with the preparatory, the actual and follow up efforts of the summit
• Share and put your professional and conference organizing capabilities and experience to use to make this event a success from a professional and operative point of view too


• Bring and share the best of your knowledge before, during and after the summit
• Support the organization with your own available resources
• Be part of putting together and/or fund-raising the necessary financial means


• Overall help us in making this event a meaningful and memorable experience for all of us
